Then Run the software from Start>> All Program >> Run the Software.
Now click on Loging button.
STEP 2:
Now, you need to Enter a user name and password of office 365 account.
STEP 3:
Select Office 365 Backup option to create a backup in local machine.
STEP 4:
Now select office 365 account items which you want to create a backup in local machine.
STEP 5:
After selecting mailbox items, software provides option to browse the location where you want to save a backup of office 365 account.
STEP 6:
Now click on the export button, After selecting the export button tool will display many options (Select email format, Naming conversion, date filter). Select option as per your requirement.
STEP 7:
Now Software will display current status of the backup creation process.
STEP 8:
Software takes some time to download items from the mailbox. After completing backup process an dialogue box appears on your display "Backup process completed". Now click on "OK" button.
STEP 9:
Now you are able to view backup of mailbox in PST format.
